• The Sooners improved to 11-2 all-time against Oral Roberts with their 73-59 victory, extending their winning streak over the Golden Eagles to 11 games. Ten of OU's 11 wins in the series have come by double digits.
• Oklahoma has won 89 of its last 91 home non-conference matchups going back to Jan. 3, 2000 (good for a .978 winning percentage). The Sooners have won their last 31 straight non-league games inside Lloyd Noble Center.
• Oklahoma outrebounded the Golden Eagles 38-31, and seven Sooners grabbed three or more boards apiece. OU has outboarded six of its seven opponents and owns a 112-77 offensive rebounding advantage on the year. The Sooners scored 14 second-chance points tonight on 14 offensive rebounds, increasing their season advantage to 101-61.
• Junior guard Steven Pledger led the Sooners with 17 points, going 6-for-11 from the field in 31 minutes. Pledger has scored in double digits in all six of his games, averaging a team-high 17.2 points a contest. He scored 19 points against Oral Roberts in last season's contest.
• Sophomore guard Cameron Clark scored 16 points, going 5-for-8 from the field and 2-for-2 from behind the 3-point arc. Clark averaged 3.0 points on .167 (3-for-18) field goal shooting in OU's first two games and has since averaged 14.0 points on .519 (27-for-52) shooting the past five contests. Clark also led the squad with a season-high eight rebounds in his 30 minutes.
• Clark was 0-for-4 from 3-point range in OU's first five games but is 5-for-7 the last two outings (.714).
• Andrew Fitzgerald collected a season-high 16 points (12 in the first half), on 8-for-17 shooting.
• Senior forward C.J. Washington came off the bench to score a season-high eight points and pull down six rebounds in 17 minutes. He was 3-for-4 from the field and is shooting .571 on the season. He leads the team with his 12.6 rebounds per 40 minutes.
• Junior forward Romero Osby collected seven rebounds, four of them on offense. He entered the game ranked second in the Big 12 with his 3.5 offensive boards per contest. Osby scored all seven of his points tonight in the second half (3-for-3 shooting after the break) and led the team with two blocks in 21 minutes before fouling out.
• The Sooners, who entered the game shooting .716 (88-for-123) from the free throw line, shot a season-high .800 (16-for-20) tonight. Pledger led the team by making all five of his foul shots.
• Oral Roberts went just 1-for-15 from behind the 3-point arc, the lowest 3-point percentage by an OU opponent since Iowa State was 0-for-6 against the Sooners on Jan. 29, 2005, in Ames.
