Rowing Announces 2010-2011 Novice Team

Norman, Okla. -- University of Oklahoma head rowing coach Leeanne Crain and assistant coach Emma Gresson announced the Sooners' 2010-11 novice roster Sunday afternoon. The novice team joins the 42 varsity members on the rowing team.


"I was impressed with the focus and athleticism of the young women during tryouts," Gresson said, "There are number of athletes that once developed could definitely add speed to the program in the future. I look forward to working with these young women and watching them grow over the course of the season."
