CHOUDRANT, La. - The OU men's golf squad concluded the 16-team Bulldog Classic in fourth place, climbing one spot up the leaderboard after a final-round 302 (+14) at the par-72, 7,105-yard Squire Creek Country Club in Choudrant, La., on Tuesday.
Pacing the Sooners in a share of eighth place was Ben Klaus, rebounding from a tournament-opening 80 with rounds of 73 and 70 to close the 54-hole event at +7.  Klaus' 2-under-par 70 in Tuesday' final round marked a season low for the Vanderbilt transfer.
Riley Pumphrey (74-73-78) carded his sixth top 25 result of the season, ending the event in a season-best-tying 11th-place at nine-over.
Three shots behind Pumphrey was Liam Logan (74-75-79) in a share of 25th at 228 (+12).
Rounding out the team scoring were Tyler Rody (79-77-75) and Ben Blundell (76-78-79).  The OU duo placed T33rd and T40th, respectively.
Paced by tournament medalist Cedric Scotto (73-68-71), Southeastern Louisiana picked up the team event title by a single stroke over Ole Miss.

The Sooners return to action at the Linger Longer Invitational, held at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Ga., on March 26-28.
