Head Coach Jeff Capel
On how Arizona defended OU:
"They pressured us, which we knew coming in they would pressure our guards.  They were physical at times.  They're just a really good team.  They're primarily a man-to-man team, which they played all game."

On the Nick Thompson intentional foul against Derrick Williams riling up the crowd:
"It shouldn't have.  I mean it was a hard foul.  How do you foul Derrick Williams?  Do you foul him soft?  He's a big, strong kid.  He took a bad fall.  I thought the fall was because of how he went up.  Anyone who's played basketball knows if you go up like that and you get hit when you're off balance -- there was nothing malicious intended by Nick on that play.  It's just a play that happened.  But that's my thing -- how do you foul Derrick Williams?  You don't want to give him an and-one.  (Nick) wasn't going after anything but the ball.  He made a play on the ball and (Williams) had an unfortunate fall."

On if he appreciates Derrick Williams more in person than on video:
"No, I appreciate him period.  I think he's a really good player. I think he's one of the better big guys in the country. He's very improved from last year and you can see it in his body, in his confidence, in his swagger. He's a really good basketball player and the thing about it is their team knows he's a really good player. They don't mind him being their best player and that's always easy (as a coach)."

Arizona Head Coach Sean Miller
On his team's defensive performance:
"If you look at the numbers from the end of the game, we've certainly had better games defensively. Sometimes you have to give credit to the opponent and tonight you have to give credit to Oklahoma; they got the ball inside to (Andrew) Fitzgerald, who was great tonight. Kyle Fogg did a good job against Cade Davis, but as a team they shot 49% which scares you. We did force a lot of turnovers, but that 49% is scary because that can lose you games. I didn't think we were affecting their shots enough. They missed open looks; we didn't cause them to miss enough shots."
