Red/White Scrimmage Moved to Nov. 3

NORMAN, Okla. - The University of Oklahoma wrestling team has moved its annual Red/White Classic from Nov. 4 to Nov. 3 because of scheduling conflicts. 

The match will be held on the campus of Central Oklahoma at the Hamilton Field House in Edmond, Okla., at 7 p.m. The intrasquad ranking matches will pit the top-two wrestlers in each weight class to help determine starters for the upcoming season.  The UCO Bronchos will also hold their Bronze/Blue ranking match alongside the Sooners Wednesday evening.

In other scheduling news, the Oklahoma Open opponents were recently added to the 2010 schedule. Oklahoma will compete against Oklahoma City and North Carolina State on Nov. 27 at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.
