NORMAN, Okla. -- The University of Oklahoma women's tennis team will hold Campus Kids' Day on Feb. 6 at noon, as the Sooners take on No. 30 Alabama at the Gregg Wadley Indoor Tennis Pavilion.
All fans in attendance will receive free food, refreshments and a chance to win a brand new tennis racquet at the match.
Additionally, junior tennis players may compete in a serving contest in between doubles and singles play and will also have the chance to play against current OU players following the match.
OU is one of over 100 schools participating in the nationwide Campus Kids' Day series, sponsored by the United States Tennis Association and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
USTA and ITA hope that the events will expose junior players, parents and coaches to the collegiate tennis experience.
No registration is necessary and admission is free. Junior players wanting to participate should bring a tennis racquet and dress in athletic clothes.
