Sooner Profile: Amber Flores

NORMAN, Okla. -- If there is a prank being pulled in the OU softball locker room, Amber Flores is probably behind it.
 
Whether it's leaning trash cans full of water up against doors or some other kind of mischief, Flores simly loves to have fun. It's her way of keeping herself and her teammates relaxed.
 
Whatever it has been, it's working. Flores has established herself as one of the most fearsome hitters in college softball and is a leading candidate for Big 12 and possibly even national player of the year honors. More importantly, she has Oklahoma peaking at the right time.
 
With a few more tricks up her sleeve, Flores may even lead the Sooners back to the Women's College World Series.
