• Oklahoma became the 18th Missouri opponent in 18 games this year to lose at Mizzou Arena as the Tigers handed the Sooners just their fourth defeat of the year, 73-64.

• OU is one of only three teams to lose in Columbia by single digits this year (Kansas and Oral Roberts are the others).  Missouri entered the game outscoring its opponents by 26 points a game at home.

• The Sooners finished their Big 12 road slate with a 6-2 record, tying the 1998-99 team for the program's best mark in the 13-year history of the league.

• Oklahoma fell into a second-place tie with Missouri in the conference race at 12-3.  Kansas is a game in front at 13-2.

• The Sooners lost for the first time this season when outrebounding their opponent.  They outboarded Missouri 49-35 (21-14 on the offensive glass).

• OU's season-high 22 turnovers led to 23 Missouri points.  The Tigers turned the ball over just nine times, leading to six OU points.

• Blake Griffin upped his single-season double-double record to 24 with his team-high 16 points and game-high 21 rebounds.  It was his 10th double-double in the last 11 games (the lone non-double-double in those 11 games was the Texas road outing when he played only 11 minutes due to a concussion).

• Griffin's 21 rebounds tied as his second most of the season and represented his fifth game of at least 20 boards on the year.

• Griffin also recorded three assists on the night, his 14th game of the year with at least three handouts.  He has at least two assists in 22 of his 29 games.

• Taylor Griffin was 6-for-9 from the field and finished with 14 points and eight rebounds.  He has shot at least .500 from the field in each of the last eight games and in 11 of the last 12.

• Over the last three games, Taylor Griffin is averaging 15.7 points and 7.3 boards while shooting .654 from the floor.

• In OU's six games against ranked opponents this year, Taylor Griffin is averaging 14.2 points and 7.0 rebounds while shooting .682 from the field.

• OU lost for just the second time in the last two years (now 24-2) when Austin Johnson scores in double figures.  The senior point guard finished with 11 points.

• Tony Crocker was held to two points, his eighth game of single-digit scoring in the last 10 outings.  He is averaging 8.3 points over those 10 games.  Crocker had scored in double figures in 10 of 13 contests prior to the last 10.

• Oklahoma finishes the regular season with a home game against Oklahoma State (20-9, 9-6) Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CST (ABC television).  It will mark the final home contest for seniors Taylor Griffin, Austin Johnson and Omar Leary.  A senior ceremony will take place before the game.

• OU has won four straight against OSU, six of the last seven and seven of the last nine.  The Sooners lead the overall series, 124-89.
