Send Off Women's Hoops Tuesday

NORMAN, Okla. -- The University of Oklahoma Athletics Department invites fans to the Skirvin Hilton Hotel on Tuesday, March 31, to send the women's basketball team off to the Elite Eight at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City.

The Sooners will depart the Skirvin Hilton at 6:30 p.m. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and head toward the buses to greet the team. Oklahoma's band and spirit squads will be on hand.

No. 1 seed OU meets No. 6 seed Purdue at 8 p.m. (CT) Tuesday at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City. For complete coverage, visit Sooner NCAA Tournament Central.
