OU Sophomore Forward Blake Griffin
On returning after missing one-and-a-half games with a concussion:
"It was great to be back.  I definitely missed it, especially the Kansas game.  I was glad I could be out there and help my team and contribute a little."

On how difficult it was to miss Monday's Kansas game:
"It was awful.  As soon as I found out they weren't going to let me play I felt like it was the longest day of my life.  And not being able to help my teammates out, especially there toward the end, was awful.  But you've got to give it up to our team and how well they played that game."

On if flying over the scorers' table was a sign that he's fully recovered from his concussion:
"I feel fine.  I feel back to normal.  I really didn't even think twice about it."

On how Texas Tech defended him today after not double-teaming him on Feb. 14:
"They brought a different defensive scheme.  They had a guard come down (for a double-team), whoever the post-entry defender was.  They just kind of rotated and helped really well.  They did a good job."

OU Senior Forward Taylor Griffin
On if this was one of his best career games:
"Yeah, but looking back I can see a lot of mistakes I made that are definitely going to be pointed out in film.  But I thought I played pretty solid and did what our team needed.  I tried not to force too many things and just kind of let the game come to me."

On what he thought about seeing Blake fly over the scorers' table:
"I'm pretty used to seeing him make plays like that.  The first one (early in the game) when he landed on his back under the basket looked bad, but I couldn't really see how he landed when he dove over the side.  I got over there as soon as I could and he kind of had that (ticked) off look on his face, so I knew he was all right."

On the importance of playing well today and not just winning:
"It was very important, especially with how the last week, week and a half has gone.  We're down to the end of our season, going into postseason, and are really stressing to try to get some momentum going and kind of get back on track to accomplish all the goals we set in the preseason."
