Gregg Wadley Construction Update

NORMAN, Okla.—Construction on the Gregg Wadley Indoor Tennis Pavilion continues to progress with the completion of the three north-side courts.  Both the men's and women's tennis teams began practicing in the new facility Monday, preparing for their respective road matches. 

The next phase of construction will consist of the installment of seats, scoreboard capabilities, and completion of the three south-side courts.

 


Highlights of the new, 55,000 square-foot facility include six air-conditioned courts, championship-quality lighting and surface, and approximately 375 chair-back seats for spectators, which are elevated between the courts.

Upon its completion, the new Gregg Wadley Tennis Pavilion will give OU's men's and women's tennis programs one of the finest practice and competition venues in the country.
