“We have added some tremendous talent with this 2010 signing class,” said Oklahoma head coach Santiago Restrepo. “Sallie, Keila and Cortney give us solid blocking in the front row and players who can terminate the ball and Andrea provides some incredible defense and setting.”

A homegrown product out of Midwest City, Okla., McLaurin is a 6-2 middle blocker. She has played at Carl Albert High School for the past three seasons. McLaurin helped lead the Titans to two consecutive third-place finishes in the Oklahoma Class 5A state tournament as a junior and senior. Those finishes came after McLaurin and the Titans reached the state tournament for the first time in school history her sophomore season. McLaurin was named a Top 100 Senior Ace by PrepVolleyball.com. She has been honored as an all-state and all-conference selection and earned the team's offensive, defensive and most valuable player awards in 2009. She hit .459 in her senior season, recording 596 kills and 82 service aces in 108 sets played. She also record 180 total blocks and 251 digs. McLaurin played club volleyball for the Oklahoma Charge based in Oklahoma City and coached by former Sooner Anna Monsen-Howle.

“Sallie has worked extremely hard,” Restrepo said. “She is very athletic and gives us a big presence in front of the net. Sallie will be one of the best middle blockers in the Big 12 by the time her career here is finished. She can move side to side very quickly, and we're very excited to have her stay in-state.”

McQuaid, a 5-10 defensive specialist/setter, hails from Ovilla, Texas and prepped at Red Oak High School. McQuaid is currently leading the Lady Hawks through the Texas state playoffs. The team recently repeated as district champions, a feat previously accomplished in 2008. McQuaid was named a Top 100 Senior Ace by PrepVolleyball.com and was recently named a first team all-Texas selection by LoneStarVolleyball.com. She also was named a top 10 player to watch by Vype Magazine and to the American Volleyball Coaches Association high school watch list. The team's captain was also named to the all-tournament teams at Duncanville, Justin Northwest and Coppell. So far this season, she is has 476 kills, 62 service aces and 373 assists. Off the court, McQuaid is secretary of the National Honor Society and a member of the National Spanish Honor Society.

“Andrea is a very gifted athlete and can do just about anything,” Restrepo added. “She is add to our depth in setting, passing and even right-side hitting. Andrea will contribute right away. With her knowledge of the game, she will make the team stronger and will be a player opponents must key on.”

Rodríguez, a 5-9 outside hitter, comes to Oklahoma from Colegio Bautista de Caguas (Puerto Rico). Rodríguez was named the team's Most Valuable Player each of the last four seasons and is a three-time team captain. In addition to earning multiple high school tournament MVP honors, Rodríguez was named the MVP of the Copa Alcalde in 2009, an event her team won. Rodríguez has been a member of the Puerto Rican youth national team for the past three years. A member of the Criollas club team, Rodríguez was a 2007 Junior Volleyball Directors Association all-star and led her team to the 2008 Juvenile Superior tournament title. She also competed at the 2008 NORCECA tournament in Puerto Rico and the 2009 Copa Federativa in Lima, Peru.

“Keila is a diamond in the rough and fits well into our philosophy,” Restrepo said. “She jumps the highest of all our signees and possesses quick movements. She's going to be a great addition to what we already have. Keila has one of the fastest arm swings I've ever seen. Her international experience will also help her transition to the college game and the Big 12.”

Warren, the daughter of former Oklahoma football player Corey Warren, prepped at Elkins High School in Missouri City, Texas. Warren was a first team all-district selection in 2008 and 2009 and earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2007. She recorded 531 kills and 25 service aces as a senior. She also totaled 51 block solos and 98 block assists. Warren played club volleyball for the Houston Juniors and helped lead the squad to the 2007 Junior Olympics title, where she earned Most Valuable Player honors.

“Cortney loves the University of Oklahoma,” Restrepo added. “She lives and breathes Oklahoma since her dad played football here. She is in tune with what we're about as a department – winning and she's very gifted. Her athleticism will allow her to be a factor in the front row and, like Sallie, will be one of the best middle blockers in the league by the time she's a senior.”
