2009 Homecoming: There's Only One

NORMAN, Okla. -- Each fall, one of the great traditions at college campuses around the country is Homecoming.
Current and former students come together to display their school spirit and celebrate all the great things the University has to offer.
It's only fitting that this year's theme at Oklahoma is -- There's Only One.
Celebrate with us as OU hosts its 93rd Homecoming game against Kansas State this Saturday, Oct. 31 on Halloween night.
Following is a complete checklist to help you prepare for the big game.
A limited number of tickets were returned by Kansas State and are available for purchase through the OU Athletics Ticket Office. Secure your seats before they're gone.

Gear up for the game with the official There's Only One Homecoming T-shirt. The shirt can be ordered online or is available at select Nike retailers including the University Bookstore.

In addition to football, there is plenty of other Sooner sports action to see over the weekend...
Pack the Park at soccer Friday night as OU honors its seniors in their final home contest. The first 500 fans through the gate will receive an Oklahoma stocking cap. There will also be a costume contest and other Halloween activities for kids.

Before football kicks off against K-State on Saturday night, head over to McCasland Field House to see the Sooner volleyball team take on the Wildcats. Show your football ticket stub at the door to get in for $3. Game time is at 2 p.m.
