IRVING, Texas -- Oklahoma's Whitney Hand was named the Phillips 66 Big 12 Player of the Week Monday following her performance in the Sooners rout of Nebraska.

Hand scored 10 points, grabbed four rebounds and had a career-high four assists in the Sooners' 77-56 win Saturday, Jan. 10.
The guard added two steals and one block in her team-leading 27 minutes against the Huskers.
Hand did most of her work early as she helped OU open the game with a 15-0 run, totaling eight points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals in 17 first-half minutes.
The Big 12 freshman scoring leader at 9.2 points per game, Hand has made at least two 3-pointers in five consecutive games.
