OU No. 20 in Director's Cup

NORMAN, Okla. - Oklahoma ranks No. 20 in the latest U.S. Sports Academy Director's Cup Standings. The most recent standings include scores after the winter sports were tabulated.
Stanford leads followed by Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State and California.
Oklahoma has finished among the top 25 in the final standings in seven of the last eight years.
Of the Big 12 members, Texas stands at No. 6 followed by Oklahoma, then Texas A&M at No. 21, Nebraska at No. 23, Missouri at No. 29, Oklahoma State at No. 41, Kansas at No. 43, Iowa State at No. 44, Colorado at No. 52, Kansas State at No. 58, Texas Tech at No. 65 and Baylor at No. 71.
The U.S. Sports Academy Director's Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. The United State Sports Academy, based in Daphne, Ala., is the program's sponsor. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in up to 20 sports -- 10 women's and 10 men's.
