NORMAN, Okla. -- The Sooners will host Dallas Baptist on Tuesday, April 1 at 3 p.m. The midweek matchup is the second between the two this season.  OU won the first meeting on March 11, 3-1, at Dr Pepper Ballpark in Frisco, Texas.

Tuesday's game can be heard live via the internet on Oklahoma All-Access, SoonerSports.com's premium site.  Chuck Kelly and DeWayne Vaughn will provide the on-air talent. Oklahoma All-Access will also provide a live video web cast of the game.

TICKET INFORMATION
Seats remain for Tuesday's game and gates will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.  Tickets are available at the gate, online or by calling the OU Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 456-GoOU.  The office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located on the plaza level of the Asp Avenue parking garage.

OU-DBU SERIES
The Sooners lead the all-time series with the Patriots, 18-2, but five of the last six meetings have been decided by two runs or less.  DBU won the only meeting in 2004 and again in 2006 with both games played at L. Dale Mitchell Park.  All but two of the meetings in the series have been played in Norman.
NEXT UP
The game between the Sooners and Patriots will be followed by a visit from No. 10 Texas over the weekend.  The Sooners and Longhorns begin the Red River Rivalry in Norman on Friday, April 4 at 6:38 p.m.  The game will be televised live on Cox Channel 2 in Oklahoma City and Ch. 78 in Tulsa (see below for complete TV listings). 
The second game of the Texas series is slated for a 2 p.m. first pitch and the series will conclude on Sunday at 1 p.m.
LAST WEEK
The Sooners posted a 3-1 record last week, including a 2-1 series victory at home over No. 20 Baylor.  Oklahoma began the week with a 6-5 win over UT-Arlington at L. Dale Mitchell Park and continued its unbeaten streak with an 11-2 victory over Baylor in the series opener.  In game two on Saturday, the Sooners edged the Bears, 3-2, in the tenth inning but were unable to complete the sweep on Sunday, falling 7-3.
Oklahoma opens the TV schedule with the Red River Rivalry and the Texas Longhorns (ranked No. 10 last week) on Friday, April 4 at L. Dale Mitchell Park. The series opener will be televised live from Norman on Cox Channel 2 in Oklahoma City and Channel 78 in Tulsa with first pitch slated for 6:38 p.m. The game will also be aired live in Enid (KXOK), Lawton (KSWX), Ponca City (KTEW) and in Kansas City (Metro Sports) in addition to a tape delay in Woodward, Okla. (KOMI).
On Wednesday, April 30, Oklahoma will welcome another of its rivals, Wichita State, to L. Dale Mitchell Park and Cox Ch. 7 in Oklahoma City, Cox Ch. 3 in Tulsa and Metro Sports (Kansas City) will air the game live at 7 p.m.
The Sooners have one road game slated for a telecast on Sunday, April 13 at Texas A&M. Fox College Sports will provide the telecast and is available via select packages on Cox Communications in Oklahoma City.
The final scheduled telecast is slated for Saturday, May 17 against Oklahoma State. The second game of the Ford Bedlam Series will take place at the AT&T Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City and will be seen live on Cox Ch. 7 in the OKC area and Cox Ch. 3 in Tulsa. The game can also be seen live in Enid (KXOK), Lawton (KSWX), Ponca City (KTEW), Woodward (KOMI) and in Kansas City (Metro Sports).

Sophomore right-hander Jeremy Erben lasted a season-high 7 2/3 innings on Friday against No. 20 Baylor and the helped Oklahoma record its first Big 12 win of the season ...  In his third start of the season, Erben with season-highs in strikeouts (7) and pitches (112) to record his first win and decision of the season ...  The New Braunfels, Texas, native previously started against UCLA in the season opener and versus Nebraska on the road last weekend in the Big 12 opener ...  On Friday, the hurler did not allow a hit until the fifth inning and held Baylor scoreless for his first 6 1/3 innings of action. 
Erben is 1-0 this season with a 2.05 ERA in eight appearances (three starts) ... The right-hander has 25 strikeouts and has held opponents to a .193 batting average in 30 2/3 innings.
