NORMAN, Okla. -- The Sooners await selection Monday to determine their matchup and location for the first round of the NCAA Women's Basketball Championship.

The 2008 championship tournament bracket will be revealed Monday, March 17, at 6 p.m. Central on ESPN.

The OU Athletics Ticket Office will be open from 6-7 p.m. Monday during the Selection Show to take inquiries from season ticket holders who may be interested in purchasing tickets to the first- and second-round games.

Tickets will not be available online, but may be purchased by calling 1-800-456-GoOU (4886) or (405) 325-2424.

Oklahoma is expected to earn an at-large bid, which would be the 11th NCAA Tournament appearance for the program.  The Sooners are 16-10 all-time in the NCAA Tournament and have been to six Sweet 16s, including two consecutive, and were national runners-up in 2002.
