OU led 51-13 at the half after shooting .528 (19-of-36). The Sooners limited Cameron to just four first-half field goals, as the Aggies shot .174 (4-of-23).
McDonald's All-American Willie Warren, the unanimous selection for Big 12 Preseason Freshman of the Year, rejuvenated Oklahoma's second-half effort, scoring nine of his 15 total points in the first 5:04 of the second 20 minutes.
Warren added a game-high six assists, three boards, two blocks and a pair of steals to his 6-of-14 (.429) shooting night.
With his 17 points, Griffin finished the exhibition schedule with 39 points on 16-of-16 shooting, 22 rebounds, 10 assists and five blocks in 51 minutes of action.
Oklahoma dominated the paint, scoring 52 points in the lane to the Aggies' 10. Third-year head coach Jeff Capel substituted often, as the OU bench outscored Cameron's 47-12.
Sophomore guard Cade Davis reached double digits for the second consecutive exhibition contest with 14 points on 5-of-8 shooting. Davis was 4-of-7 from 3-point distance for the second consecutive game (his season high in makes from long range last season was three).
Guard Dave Smith scored 11 points (all in the second half) to lead the Aggies, a Division II program from Lawton, Okla., that competes in the Lone Star Conference.
The Sooners dished out 23 assists on 37 made baskets while their defense forced 23 Cameron turnovers.
Winners of their exhibition contests by an average margin of 51 points, the Sooners open the regular season at home against American on Friday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m.
