Rowing Wraps Up Head of the Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY - The University of Oklahoma women's rowing team concluded competition at the 2008 Head of the Oklahoma on Sunday afternoon. The Sooners' W2 Open team of Teddi Dwyer and Chelsea Moore finished 13th, while Megan Duffy finished 11th in the women's single scull.

Dwyer and Moore completed the course in 21 minutes, 3.731 seconds. Jackie Gorcyca and Felica Izaguirre-Werner of Texas won the event in 17:01.973. Duffy finished in a time of 10:15:52.847.

The team returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 25 at the Head of the Colorado in Austin, Texas.
