NORMAN, Okla. -- The game times for the Triple Play Caribbean Classic in Cancun, Mexico, were announced Thursday.

The University of Oklahoma women's basketball team will play Arizona State Thursday, Nov. 22, at 3 p.m. and then Mississippi State Friday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m.

The arrangement of games is different than previously released schedules which had the Sooners playing Mississippi State before Arizona State. The rearrangement means that Oklahoma will start the regular season playing three of last year's top eight teams.

Oklahoma begins with Maryland, Nov. 11, at the State Farm Hall of Fame Classic in Chapel Hill, N.C., before playing Tennessee, Nov. 15, at the ESPNU Invitational in Tampa, Fla.
