OU Cancels Game, Adds Another

WICHITA, Kan. -- The No. 23 Oklahoma Sooners' midweek contest at No. 11 Wichita State on Tuesday night was cancelled due to rain falling in the Wichita, Kan. area.
Light rain was falling throughout the day and heavier rain was expected to hit the area around 7 p.m.
The WSU game will not be made up and the Sooners will return to action on Wednesday, April 11 against Dallas Baptist. First pitch at L. Dale Mitchell Park is slated for 7 p.m.
Following the midweek game, the Sooners will resume Big 12 play this weekend at home against Nebraska.

Due to Tuesday's game being cancelled, the Sooners added another game to the regular-season schedule. On Tuesday, May 1, Oklahoma will host UT-Arlington at 7 p.m. at L. Dale Mitchell Park. The game will occur exactly two weeks after the Sooners face the Mavericks in Arlington on April 24.
