Oklahoma to Host K-State

NORMAN, Okla.- The OU women's tennis team will return to action Saturday, March 31 at the Headington Family Tennis Center as it hosts Kansas State at 11 a.m.  The Sooners have had the week off after spending their spring break playing four road matches. 

Oklahoma enters Saturday's match-up with a 5-9 overall record and a 2-3 mark in Big 12 play. 

Kansas State arrives in Norman with a 2-9 record and an 0-2 record in Big 12 action. 

Both teams are coming off of losses in their last match, with Oklahoma falling to Texas 6-1 last Sunday and Kansas State falling, 0-7, to Fresno State Thursday. 

The two teams have met 30 times with Oklahoma leading the overall series 19-11.  Kansas State won the last meeting in the first round of the 2006 Big 12 Tournament in Kansas City
