Recap |  Final Stats

• Oklahoma (6-2) won its sixth straight game since dropping contests to No. 3 Maryland (Nov. 11) and No. 1 Tennessee (Nov. 15).  The Sooners improved their series record against Tulsa to 22-3, including a 11-1 advantage in Tulsa.

Ashley Paris
• Ashley Paris recorded a career best with 11 defensive rebounds.  Paris totaled 13 rebounds, a season high.

Courtney Paris
• With 11 points and 12 rebounds in the first period, Courtney Paris scored her 11th career double-double in the first half.  It was the 26th time in 77 career games that Paris has totaled double-digit points and rebounds in a single half.

• Paris's double-double streak now stands at 69 games.  She has 74 double-doubles in 77 career games.

• Paris recorded four blocks in today's game, giving her at least two blocks in five of eight games played this season.

• Paris' 22 rebounds broke Rice's Lauren Neaves' (Feb. 17, 2007) record for most boards by an individual Tulsa opponent.

Jenna Plumley
• With five steals today, Plumley has recorded at least three steals in four of the past five games.

Danielle Robinson
• Robinson's six assists matched a career best.

• Though Robinson did not record a steal in Saturday's game, she did deflect the ball out of bounds on four occasions and took one charge.  Robinson has recorded the most steals by a Sooner to start a career, totaling 22 after eight games.  LaNeisha Caufield (1998-99) had 21 after eight games.

Jenny Vining
• In the closest game she will play this season to her hometown of Marshall, Ark., Vining connected on her first three field-goal attempts of the game, including two 3-pointers, making a shot for the first time since the North Texas game (Nov. 27). It was her first game with multiple field goals made.

• Vining entered the game with 10 points scored.  She doubled her career total with 10 points Saturday.

Nyeshia Stevenson
• Stevenson, who had been making a statement from beyond the arc with 10-of-14 3-point shooting in the past four games, exploited Tulsa's defense with her speed by scoring her first four points off the fast break.
