Game Notes
• Oklahoma improved to 3-1 against Illinois all-time, revenging its only defeat in the series, an 85-76 loss in Champaign on Dec. 18, 2005.

• Oklahoma's 29 first-half points matched its second lowest first period scoring output of the season.  OU trailed Maryland 42-24 in the first half of the season opener and 32-29 to Tennessee.

• For the first time all season, Oklahoma had no free-throw attempts in the first period, while Illinois was 5-of-5 from the line.  Danielle Robinson made the Sooners' first two at the 19:06 mark of the second period.

• Oklahoma's 13 turnovers was a season low, besting the 17 OU had against Maryland.

Ashley Paris

• Ashley Paris scored in double figures for the fifth time this season with 10 points on 5-of-8 field goal shooting.  Paris entered the game second in the NCAA with 70.0 percent field goal shooting, which fell slightly to 69.3 percent tonight.

Courtney Paris
• In her 76th game, Courtney Paris recorded her 68th consecutive and 73rd career double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds. Tonight (Dec. 5) was the second anniversary of the beginning of Paris' double-double streak.  The record started with a 24-point, 22-rebound effort against UCLA on Dec. 5, 2005.

• Paris' 21 points were a season high.  She leads the Sooners with 17.7 per game.

• Paris blocked four shots for 22 on the season and extended her school record to 252 career blocked shots.

Danielle Robinson
• Robinson had a game-leading and career best seven steals.  It was the most by a Sooner in a single game since Dionnah Jackson had nine against Iowa on Nov. 27, 2004.

Nyeshia Stevenson
• Stevenson buried two 3-pointers, her first field goal attempts of the game, in the final 49 seconds of the first half to give the Sooners a six-point lead, 29-23, entering halftime.

• Stevenson matched a career high with three steals, a feat she has accomplished in each of the past two games.
