Last Week: Longar Longar and Austin Johnson each scored 17 points to propel OU to an 83-72 home win over Arkansas on Saturday. The Sooners shot .500 from the field, .440 from 3-point range (11-for-25) and .800 from the free throw line (16-for-20) as they improved to 6-1 at home. Omar Leary was 4-for-4 from behind the 3-point arc (all in the first half) and finished with 12 points, Tony Crocker nailed three 3's en route to a 12-point effort and Blake Griffin added 11 points. Taylor Griffin pulled down a team-high eight rebounds. It was OU's sixth game this year to shoot .500 or better from the field.
This Week: OU participates in the Gonzaga was ranked No. 19 in last week's AP poll.
Notes: The Sooners racked up 83 points against an Arkansas team that came into the game ranked No. 1 in the SEC in scoring defense (58.1 ppg) ... Austin Johnson's 17 points were a season high and marked the fourth game in the last five he reached double figures ... OU recorded 20 points off of Arkansas' 10 turnovers ... The Sooners' eight turnovers were a season low ... OU has won five straight against the Razorbacks.

Last Week: No. 9 Oklahoma turned an 11-point halftime deficit into an 11-point victory Sunday against No. 21 Michigan State in East Lansing. Amanda Thompson produced her first career double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds and Courtney Paris had 13 points and 14 rebounds as OU outscored MSU 49-27 in the second half to win its seventh straight game.
This Week: OU hosts Central Arkansas Thursday, Dec. 20, at 6 p.m., at the Lloyd Noble Center. The final of a five-poster women's basketball collector's set will be distributed to the first 3,000 fans and the team will sign autographs on the upper concourse following the game.
Notes: Courtney Paris extended her double-double streak to 70 games and has 75 in 78 career games ... Thompson's double-double was the first by a current Sooner not named Paris ... OU's win at Michigan State ended the Spartans' perfect record at home this season.
