SAN JOSE, Calif. - The Oklahoma men's golf team looks to wrap up its fall slate with a win Oct. 22-23 at the 15-team Santa Clara Invitational in San Jose, Calif.  Play begins Monday at the 6,868-yard, par-72 Silver Creek Valley Country Club.

The Sooners, ranked 24th by the Golfweek Magazine/Sagarin performance index ratings, have three top-six finishes in three events.

Leading the Sooners will be sophomore Eric Durbin. The Houston, Texas, native leads the team with his 72.77 stroke average and has finished in the top-20 in all three fall events.  

Phillip Bryan, Jesse Schutte, Tyler Rody and Ryan Sirman complete the Oklahoma team lineup. Rody is coming off of a career-best 15th-place showing at the Oklahoma Intercollegiate while Sirman fired rounds of 80, 74 and 75, placing 22nd in his second career event. 

Freshman Liam Logan will compete as an individual in the 54-hole tournament.

Santa Clara Invitational Tournament Notes 

Joining the Sooners in the field are Boise State, British Columbia, Cal State San Marcos, Campbell, Gonzaga, Idaho State, Kennesaw State, Loyola, Northridge, Portland, Sacramento State, Santa Clara, South Dakota State and Utah Valley State.

Thirty-six holes will be played on Monday with the final round commencing on Tuesday. Play begins at 9:45 a.m. CT each day.
