NORMAN, Okla. -- The Big 12 Conference announced its broadcast packages on Monday and the Oklahoma women's basketball team will have seven games televised by ESPN2 and FSN.

OU's season opener (Nov. 12) against DePaul in the State Farm Tip-Off Classic will be aired live on ESPN2 at 2:30 p.m. Central.  OU will host two Big Monday games on ESPN2.  The first is Dec. 20 against Ohio State and the second is against  Texas on Feb. 12.  Both games will tip off at 6 p.m.

FSN, which reaches more than 81 million homes nationwide through 21 regional sports networks, will air both of OU's games with Big 12 South rivals Texas A&M and Texas Tech.  The Aggies and Sooners meet Jan. 27 in Norman (11 a.m.) and Feb. 10 in College Station (1 p.m.).  The Lady Raiders and Sooners will renew their rivalry on Jan. 14 in Norman (2 p.m.) and Feb. 17 in Lubbock (1 p.m.).

FSN also owns the broadcast rights to all games played on Feb. 28, which is the final Wednesday of the regular season.  OU and Baylor play in Norman at 8 that night.  FSN will make its selection in the weeks leading up to Feb. 28.

Additionally, the Phillips 66 Big 12 Conference Championship quarterfinal games will be televised by FSN for the sixth consecutive year, in addition to the semifinals and championship which have been televised by the network every year since the inception of the conference in 1996-97.

The Sooners Sports Network will air eight games this season and is currently finalizing its broadcast schedule.
