NORMAN, Okla. - University of Oklahoma men's basketball signee Scottie Reynolds participated in the 2006 McDonald's All-American High School Game in San Diego Wednesday night. The guard flourished in limited court time, nailing a 3-pointer and handing out a game-high-tying five assists without a turnover.
The 6-0 Reynolds, who attends Herndon High School in Herndon, Va., played 13 minutes for the East squad and also contributed one rebound and one steal. All three of his field goal attempts were 3-pointers.
The West team posted a 112-94 win despite trailing 55-48 at halftime. The game was played at Cox Arena at Aztec Bowl in front of 11,900 fans.

Reynolds will join fellow OU signee Damion James in the Roundball Classic on Sunday, April 9, in Chicago at the United Center. Both players will represent the West squad in the 3 p.m. CST game.
James, from Nacodoches, Texas, is a consensus top-20 national player. The 6-8 forward averaged 24 points, 16 rebounds, eight blocks and six assists per game this season.
Other members of OU's top-five recruiting class include forward Keith Clark (Oklahoma City, Okla.; ranked No. 46 by Scout.com), wing Tony Crocker (San Antonio, Texas; ranked No. 73 by Rivals.com) and forward/center Jeremy Mayfield (Irving, Texas; ranked No. 52 by Rivals.com).
