NORMAN, Okla. -- SoonerSports.com presents this Sooner Spotlight on OU infielder Aaron Reza. The sophomore from Patterson, Calif., joined the Sooners this season from Modesto Junior College.
Reza is currently batting .312 for the season and leads the team with 12 RBI. The Patterson, Calif., native has helped lead OU to wins over two ranked teams this season.
Against then-No. 19 Long Beach State, his former team, Reza recorded an RBI single to help move the Sooners to a 2-0 lead. Sunday, the sophomore hit his first career home run with a two-run shot that helped OU top then-No. 22 Notre Dame.
