NORMAN, Okla. -- As the college basketball regular season winds down and March Madness nears, many media members, awards committees and head coaches will be voting on individual player honors. 
 
The Oklahoma men's basketball team (18-6 overall, 9-4 Big 12) boasts four candidates worthy of postseason awards consideration. Junior Michael Neal and seniors Terrell Everett, Taj Gray and Kevin Bookout have all left their mark on the Big 12 Conference this season.

Ranks second in the nation in 3-point field goals in conference games (4.4).
Has made 26 treys over the last four games, representing the most by a Sooner over a four-game span in school history.
Averaging 24.3 points and 6.7 3-pointers over the last three contests (had 26 points and seven treys at Colorado Feb. 15, a career-high 29 points and a career-high eight triples Feb. 18 against Iowa State and 18 points and five more treys Feb. 20 at Texas Tech).
Owns a Big 12-best .523 field goal percentage in conference play. No guard has ever led the Big 12 in field goal percentage in league games for an entire conference season.
Has scored in double figures in each of the last 10 games and has led OU in scoring in each of the last four.
Has made at least one 3-pointer in all 22 of his games, at least two in 19 contests, at least four in 11 outings and at least five in six games.
Leads the Big 12 in 3-pointers per game (3.5) and in 3-point percentage (.443). In Big 12 games, he leads the league with his 4.4 treys per outing and his .533 3-point mark.
Has made at least four 3-pointers in eight of the last 10 games (he made two treys in each of the other two games).
Averaging 19.6 points and 5.4 treys in his five starts this season.
Averaging 4.4 treys per conference game. The Big 12 record is 3.8 per league outing by OU's Nate Erdmann in 1996-97.
Missed team's first two Big 12 games with a strained groin (OU lost both by a combined three points).

Ranks third in the nation in assists with 6.7 per game.
Averaging 10.3 assists over the last four games.
Averages 14.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 7.1 assists and 1.8 steals in Big 12 games.
Has led Oklahoma in assists in 21 of 24 games.
Has scored in double figures in 10 of the team's 11 conference games.
Registered 25 points, seven rebounds and eight assists in win over No. 4 Texas on Jan. 28.
Recorded 23 points, five boards and five assists in victory at Oklahoma State on Feb. 8.
Scored a career-high 26 points at Tulsa on Nov. 30.
Handed out a career-high 15 assists in Feb. 11 win over Baylor (school record is 18).
Had double-double with 18 points and 11 assists in win over Iowa State on Feb. 18.

Ranks third in Big 12 in rebounding and third in field goal percentage.
A first-team NABC all-district selection.
Has five double-doubles on the season.
Has shot .500 or better from the field in 19 of 24 games this year.
Had a three-and-a-half-game stretch in early December where he shot .821 from the field (32-for-39).
Scored a career-high 31 points against West Virginia on Dec. 22 (21 in second half).
Had 22 points, eight rebounds and three assists in win over No. 4 Texas on Jan. 28.
Has grabbed 14 rebounds twice, 13 once, 12 twice, 11 once and 10 twice.
Netted 22 points and grabbed seven boards at No. 4 Villanova on Dec 3.
Has gone 9-for-9 from the free throw line twice this season.

Has shot .500 or better from the field in 18 games this season.
Tipped in game-winning shot with 4.5 seconds left at Texas Tech on Feb. 20.
Registered 24 points and 10 boards against Oral Roberts on Dec. 28.
Became school's 34th career 1,000-point scorer Feb. 5 and now ranks 30th (1,055 points).
Ranks second at OU in career field goal percentage (.575).
Has started 102 of his 103 career games.
Named to ESPN The Magazine's First-Team Academic All-District squad (eligible for Academic All-American).
