NORMAN, Okla. The University of Oklahoma men's and women's cross country teams compete at the NCAA Midwest Regional in St. Paul, Minn., Saturday, Nov. 11.

Hosted by the University of Minnesota, the Midwest Regional is run at the Les Bolstad Golf Course.  The women's 6,000-meter race begins at 11 a.m. Central and the men's 10,000-meter race begins at 12:15 p.m.

The weather forecast for race time is a sunny 32 degrees with winds steady from the east at 7-10 miles per hour.

The trip is a return to the Land of 10,000 Lakes for the Sooners.  Both teams competed on the same course for the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 23.  Jessica Eldridge and Jason Coleman led their respective squads that day and look to conquer the layout once again.
