KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- After arriving in Knoxville Thursday night, the Oklahoma women's basketball team, coaches and support staff enjoyed a nice dinner at the Tennessee Grill located on the Tennessee River.

Friday morning the Sooners went through an hour-an-a-half practice inside Stockly Athletic Center, Tennessee's practice court.

Following lunch, OU made a special trip to the Children's Hospital to visit the young patients for about two hours.

Several Sooners signed autographs, participated in photo sessions and visited with local media members.

Oklahoma wrapped up the day with a dinner at Copper Cellar on Cumberland.
