Men's Basketball Practice Open to OU Students

NORMAN, Okla. - The OU men's basketball team invites all OU students to an open practice Wednesday at 5 p.m. inside Lloyd Noble Center.  Head coach Kelvin Sampson and OU players will take questions from students after the workout.  Free pizza will also be served with the team to cap the evening.

A valid OU student I.D. must be presented to gain admittance.  Students should enter the arena on the west side.

The Sooners are ranked No. 6 nationally in the preseason ESPN/USA Today Coaches' Poll.  They open the 2005-06 season with an exhibition game this Saturday against Northeastern State at 7 p.m.  OU students will be admitted free (with a valid school I.D.) to that game, as well as to the Nov. 12 exhibition game against UNC Pembroke.

Student season tickets are available at the OU Athletics Ticket Office or here at SoonerSports.com.  Cost is $120.
