NORMAN, Okla. -- View photos from the weekend's baseball events including presentations to head coach Larry Cochell and former head coach Enos Semore.

Friday evening, Oklahoma presented Larry Cochell with a plaque honoring his 500th victory at OU. The 500-win plateau marked the first time in his career that the 14-year OU captain surpassed the milestone at any one school.

In his 38-year coaching career, Cochell has won 1,300 games.  The total has only been achieved by eight other Division I head coaches all-time, including four which are still active.

Former head coach Enos Semore holds the school record for coaching victories by an individual with 851 which he accomplished in 21 years from 1968-1989.

Prior to the game on Saturday, Semore was recognized for his numerous achievments and contributions on the diamond during his 22 years in Norman in an on-field ceremony.

With Semore at the helm, Oklahoma experienced one of its most successful stints in program history.  Semore led OU to the NCAA Tournament 14 times, including five trips to the College World Series.  On the conference level, Semore's clubs captured eight regular season Big Eight titles.

The Sooners swept the series from Kansas State to improve to 31-18 on the season and 17-7 in the Big 12. Oklahoma next hosts Wichita State at 7 p.m. on Tuesday night at L. Dale Mitchell Park in Norman.
