2004 Sooner Wrestling Awards Banquet Set For April 17

NORMAN, Okla. -- The 2003-04 Oklahoma wrestling team will celebrate its top 10 finish at the NCAA Championships with a banquet on Sat. April 17.  The event will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Kerr McGee Courtside Club in the Lloyd Noble Center. 

The Sooners will honor four NCAA All-Americans, Sam Hazewinkel, Teyon Ware, Jeff Ecklof and Leonce Crump, along with the rest of the Oklahoma wrestling family. 

The awards banquet is open to the public, the cost is $15 per person.  For more information, contact Shelly Harmon at (405) 325-8361 or Coach Rodney Jones at ourod@hotmail.com.  If you plan on attending the banquet, RSVP to Harmon of Jones by April 13.
