Bedlam Wrestling Showdown To Be Televised

The Bedlam Series takes center stage live on KSBI TV-52 at 4 p.m with No. 8 Oklahoma against No. 1 Oklahoma State.  The Sooners will try to pick up their first win in their last 17 meetings against the Cowboys.  Bob Barry, Jr., will provide commentary along with Dave Martin and former Sooner wrestling coach Stan Abel.  In his career at Oklahoma, Abel's wins put him at the top of the all-time career wins list.  Abel coached from 1973-93 and racked up 279 wins 123 losses and 8 ties. 
 
 The Bedlam Series presented by the Bank of Oklahoma and Your Oklahoma Ford Dealers will be the third dual between the schools this season.  Oklahoma State won the previous two meetings and is currently ranked No. 1.  The Cowboys won the first dual 23-12 in Stillwater, the next dual was at the National Duals in Cleveland, Ohio where Oklahoma State won 29-10.  The Cowboys lead the all-time series 110-24-6.
