Caton Hill scored 18 points in the first half and Maria Villaroel finished with 22 points, leading No. 23 Oklahoma to a 78-44 victory over Oklahoma State on Saturday.
Dionnah Jackson scored 12 points for the Sooners (19-7, 9-6 Big 12), who won their 11th straight game in the series. Oklahoma beat the Cowgirls 87-37 on Jan. 17 in Norman.
Nina Stone scored 14 points for Oklahoma State (8-18, 3-12), which shot just 27 percent and lost its eighth straight. The Cowgirls finished with 16 turnovers and 14 field goals.
