OU-UTSA Baseball Finale Cancelled Due To Weather

NORMAN, Okla. - Extremely cold temperatures in the Norman area caused the final game of the Oklahoma-Texas-San Antonio baseball series on Sunday to be cancelled. The two teams split the series at one win a piece after the Sooners won the opener 9-5 on Friday and the Roadrunners bounced back with a 4-1 victory on Saturday.

The cancellation marks the fourth contest for the Sooners this season that has been called off due to inclement weather at home. Barring better weather, OU will return to the field next weekend with a three-game set against Sam Houston State at L. Dale Mitchell Park. Game times are set for 3 p.m. on Friday and 12 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
