1. Who was your favorite player? Did you pattern your game after his?
I always admired the legendary Babe Ruth. I don't pattern my game after him, but I do believe he is the most interesting major league player of all times.

2. What is your fondest memory from playing baseball?
I will never forget playing in the American Legion World Series in 1997. My team did very well and placed third.

3. Why did you choose Oklahoma to continue your baseball and academic career?
I chose the University of Oklahoma because of their great long-standing tradition. The school atomosphere is amazing here!

4. Who is the funniest player on the team?
Matt Fisher is always the funniest one on the team. He is always fired up and there is never a dull moment with him.

5. Where do you see yourself in ten years?
I would really like to be using my knowledge of baseball and helping kids by coaching and teaching.

6. What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?
I love the quote, "whatever doesn't kill you can only make you stronger." I use this as an inspiration to my life.

7. What has been your favorite class at OU? Why?
Elements of Psychology has been a class that I have really enjoyed. It is interesting to discuss why people think and behave the way they do.

8. Why do you wear the jersey number you do?
I have never cared about jersey numbers, so when they gave me number 40, I just took it.

9. What is one interesting fact that people don't know about you?
Many people do not know that I am an extremely lazy person.
