  • Oklahoma has now won eight straight over Texas, including all three meetings this season. OU holds an 8-2 advantage in neutral site.

  • Texas' 23 halftime points was a season low for the first half. UT's 38-23 halftime deficit is its largest of the season. Texas scored a season-low 51 points. Texas' previous low was 61at Utah Dec. 29, 2001.

  • Today's game is a rematch of the 2001 Big 12 Tournament title game, which OU won 54-45. In those two games, Texas was 31-of-90 (.344) from the field. Oklahoma has knocked Texas out of the last three Big 12 Tournaments and four of the last five.
