  • With tonight's 89-75 win, Oklahoma improved to 23-4 (12-3 Big 12), while Iowa State fell to 12-17 (4-11 Big 12).
  • Oklahoma's 12 Big 12 Conference wins this season equal a school record, set in each of the last two seasons. The Sooners close out the regular season Saturday at Colorado.
  • Oklahoma has now won 22 games in a row at home and 31 of its last 32 inside the Lloyd Noble Center. OU now has its first perfect home season since 1994-95, Kelvin Sampson's first season as head coach.
  • Oklahoma now holds a 102-75 all-time series lead over Iowa State, including a 56-21 edge in Norman.
  • Oklahoma won its 17th game of the season by 10-or-more points tonight.
  • In his final home game at OU, Aaron McGhee recorded his seventh double-double in his last nine contests by scoring 26 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. He has 11 double-doubles on the year and has posted 20-point nights in six of his last seven games played.
  • McGhee led the Sooners in rebounds for the ninth time in his last 10 games and the 12th time on the season.
  • Hollis Price grabbed six boards tonight, narrowly missing his career high of seven, which he has set four times, including on three occasions this season.

  • From the free throw line tonight, OU was 11-for-14, good for 77.8%. The Sooners came into tonight's game leading the Big 12 from the charity stripe, shooting 77.3%.
  • Michael Cano and Richard Ainooson each made their first career starts in tonight's game. Ainooson scored two points and grabbed a rebound, while Cano scored one point.
  • Oklahoma took a 32-25 lead into the halftime locker room after holding Iowa State to just 30% shooting in the first half.
  • Oklahoma out-rebounded the Cyclones 39-37 and on the season, OU is now 15-1 when grabbing more boards than its opponent.
  • Jabahri Brown tied his season high with 10 points tonight and he added seven rebounds, three blocked shots and two steals.
  • Quannas White dished out a game-high six assists, his 19th time leading the team in that category on the season.
