Oklahoma won its sixth consecutive game against Texas A&M and improved to 17-1 in the all-time series. The Sooners are 12-1 against Texas A&M under head coach Kelvin Sampson and are 5-1 in College Station under Sampson.

For the first time this year, Ebi Ere was held to single-digit scoring in back-to-back games. He had eight points today and seven Wednesday against Baylor. He is averaging 15.1 points per game on the season.
