This fall, each returning senior on the OU baseball team will discuss several topics, from what they've learned to what they expect this year, as these individuals begin their final season of competition as a student-athlete at the University of Oklahoma.

Senior Michael Bradbury, a three-year letterwinner, has proven himself as both a reliever and starter for the Sooners. In three seasons, the Long Beach, Calif., native has seen action in 55 games while making 21 starts. He also has six career wins and 94 strikeouts. Bradbury is majoring in sociology.

Do you feel you have to do anything differently now that you're a senior?
"I feel I need to step up and get the job done. I need to show the younger pitchers that you must throw strikes consistently and there's nothing to be afraid. Also, to just have fun and do what you were brought here to do."

What have you gotten the most out of playing baseball at the University of Oklahoma?
"What I cherish the most about my experiences here at OU are the friendships I have made along the way. I have experienced a lot on and off the field but those people are what I will remember the most."

Do you have any advice for newcomers or those who want to play baseball at Oklahoma?
"The only advice I can give is to relax and have fun. It is just a game, not life. And, again, don't be scared."

What are your thoughts on fall practice?
"Fall practice is long and tiring but we just need to fight through the pains and practice hard. If we do this, we will be successful throughout the season. Fall practice is also a time to grow and mold together as a team."

What are your plans after you leave the University of Oklahoma?
"I hope to graduate one of these years and, soon after, get a career somewhere in the United States."
