Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State
Lloyd Noble Center-Norman, Okla.

Oklahoma Head Coach Sherri Coale

On overall game performance:
"First, I want to give Oklahoma State credit. They came in and shot the ball well and executed. Also, they did an outstanding job from three-point range. This is the poorest that we have shot all season, but I can't complain because we found a way to win. We showed poise when we got into foul trouble."

On individual players:
"Jadrea (Seeley) did and outstanding job coming off the bench. We need players that can come out and score in double digits for us and that is exactly what Jadrea did."

"Rosalind (Ross) is another one that plays strong coming off the bench. She has a great amount of confidence and a good spirit. She is the type of player that wants the ball in a tough situation and she proved that tonight."

On Big 12 Championship:
"Although I'm hesitant to celebrate, it is a great feeling. This is the first time that OU has clinched the regular season conference title and now we need to get ready to go to Texas and play."

On second largest crowd in school history:
"Thank you, Oklahoma! The support you've shown tonight is absolutely outstanding. It is an excellent feeling for our players coming out of the tunnel and an excellent way to send out the seniors."

Junior Guard Stacey Dales on the overall game performance:

"Tonight's game was definitely a great match. OSU brought such great competition to this game. They played really tough offensively and defensively, and made it difficult for us to score at times. I am very happy for our seniors, who have contributed so much for our basketball program. It is very exciting to be the sole winners of the Big 12 championship, and through all of our hard work throughout the season, we have definitely deserved it."

Junior Guard LaNeishea Caufield on the overall game performance:

"We played hard tonight, but not as hard as we should have played. I know we could have played a lot harder defensively and offensively, but so many of our shots just kept going in and out, we just couldn't make some shots work for us. Coming into tonight's game, I thought OSU would play as hard as they did, it was definitely a tough match-up for us, but in the end we came out on top. We definitely overcame a lot of adversity to pull out tonight's win over OSU. It was absolutely one of our goals this year, to be Big 12 Champions, and we succeeded. We achieved our goal and competed in one of the most exciting games this season. I am definitely enjoying our second victory over OSU. Being able to beat them twice is a very sweet thing."
