On the game:
"This was a good basketball game today. I knew Louisiana Tech would test us. (Gerrod) Henderson made some hard shots, but I think we guarded him pretty well. When they needed a basket, they got the ball in his hands. They are the best rebounding team we've played all season. But once we got to overtime, I liked our toughness. I never felt like we were going to lose the game.
On OU's defense:
"I liked our defense tonight. We were all over them in their shots and we made them earn their points. To have a great year, you better win the close games. We'll be able to look back on this game and know we learned something from this.
On Oklahoma guard Hollis Price:
"He's a warrior. I have a lot of trust in him and all the confidence in the world. In clutch situations, I know we can go to him. I knew he would make his free throws down the stretch and he's our leader.

On bouncing back from his off-night against St. Bonaventure:
"I wanted to come out and be aggressive and force the issue. I didn't get to the free throw line and I had six turnovers against St. Bonaventure. I wanted to do a good job of making plays and I think today, I hit my shots and I made the plays we needed to win."
On warming up over the course of the game:
"I wanted to let the game come to me. It took me a while to get into the flow I wanted to be in. I guess it was around the 11-minute mark, but I got warmed up and made my shots. My arm just takes a while to get warm."

"Louisiana Tech is a very tough team. They're real good on the boards and Henderson, he made some big shots. I thought we had him covered well, but he still made some big threes. It was a good win for us.:

"My play was alright, but I can always do better. I did some things in overtime that helped us get the win, and that's the most important thing. Hollis definitely had his 'A' game on today. He made some huge shots and led us."
