Oklahoma Women's Golf Team In Fourth Place At NMSU Intercollegiate :: Sophomore Lisa Meldrum leads the team in fourth place.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The University of Oklahoma women's golf team finished in fourth place in the first round of the NMSU Intercollegiate on Monday. The Sooners are 13 strokes behind first place Arizona State with a score of 296.
Sophomore Lisa Meldrum is pacing the team with a one-under score of 71 in fourth place, followed in 15th place by fellow sophomore Hope Edge, who turned in a score of 74. Junior Allison Johnson trails Edge by one stroke in 18th place and freshman Emily Milberger posted a score of 76 and is 27th place in her first collegiate round . Senior Jennifer Tannehill is in 35th place after carding a score of 77, while Senior Marsha Gonzaga shot an 88 as an individual and is in 76th place.
Oklahoma will continue with second round action tomorrow morning off tees one and ten at 7:30 a.m MST.
