The Sooners
OU enters this Sunday's Bedlam dual with a 15-3-1 record after defeating Missouri Valley, 38-3, on Wednesday night. So far this season, 14 Sooner grapplers have won at least 10 matches and six have 20 or more wins. All 10 OU starters are ranked by Amateur Wrestling News and InterMat, six of which are ranked in the top 10, including top-ranked 174-pounder Byron Tucker. Tucker and sophomore 141-pounder Michael Lightner both enter Sudnay's dual with 99 career wins.

Oklahoma State
Fourth-ranked Oklahoma State is currently 10-4-1 on the season and will face Northern Iowa on Friday before facing the Sooners. OU and OSU have already met twice this season, tying in Stillwater, 16-16, and with the Cowboys winning at the National Duals, 19-13. The Pokes are ranked in nine weight classes and have seven wrestlers ranked in the top 10. OU's Quantres Bates and OSU's Jeff Ragan (125) have spit matches this season as well as Lightner and Jamill Kelly (141), Robbie Waller and Ty Wilcox (165) and Brent Boeshans and Dave Anderton (Hwt.). Mark Munoz (20-2) recently moved into InterMat's top spot at 197 pounds and Daniel Cormier has looked very impressive since pulling out of redshirt.

Last Time Out
The fourth-ranked Sooners defeated the Missouri Valley Vikings, the second ranked team in NAIA, 38-3, Wednesday night. Wrestling without six starters in the lineup, the Sooners won nine of 10 matches, including two wins by forfeit and a Robbie Waller pin at 165 pounds.

OU to Dedicate New Wrestling Center
The University of Oklahoma will dedicate the Port Robertson Wrestling Center and the Stan Abel-Tommy Evans Wrestling Room of Champions at the OU Field House on Saturday, Feb. 12, at 11 a.m. Tours and lunch will follow the dedication ceremony. The 1974 national championship team will also be in attendance and will be honored the following day at the Oklahoma-Oklahoma State wrestling dual.
