Sam Viersen Gymnastics Center  
Originally opened in 1982, the Sam Viersen Center has been the training home to 20 men's and women's gymnastics national championship teams. A $15.9 million renovation was completed this spring and features:
  • 16,050 square-foot addition
  • New entry lobby for the facility with large trophy display showcasing the program’s many achievements
  • New team suites consisting of a locker room and team lounge for each program
  • New sports medicine suites for athlete training, exam and recovery for each program
  • New sports performance space for plyometrics, conditioning and strength training
  • New team meeting room and support facilities
  • Corridor system to move between all spaces without impacting training activities
