Brooks, who led OU on the ground Saturday, rattled off a 12-yard run. Williams tallied back-to-back completions to Marvin Mims and Austin Stogner to get the ball to the Texas 33.
Following a timeout by Oklahoma with 10 seconds remaining, Brooks raced towards the left sideline and scored to give the Sooners the 55-48 advantage.
