NORMAN, Okla. -- Oklahoma (4-1) landed at No. 10 in both the AP and
coaches polls released Sunday. Including the 2007 preseason
editions, Sunday's polls marked the sixth-straight
week the Sooners have been ranked in the top 10.
From the Big 12 Conference, Oklahoma (No. 10) was joined
by Missouri (17), Texas (19), Kansas State (24) and
Nebraska (25) in the AP. In the Coaches'
Poll, OU (No. 10), Texas (16), Missouri (17) and Nebraska
(23) were ranked.
Texas A&M, Kansas and Colorado also received votes.
